• Client Spotlight: Deloitte Conduit Law LLP
We advised Conduit Law Professional Corporation on the ground-breaking acquisition of its legal business by Deloitte LLP in March 2016 to form Deloitte Conduit Law LLP.
Mitch Kowalski wrote in the Financial Post that the deal is “just one piece of a strategy that could change the dynamics of the Canadian legal market”.
We worked with Conduit Law and its founder, Peter Carayiannis, to conduct the due diligence and negotiate the definitive agreements. Peter will have a leadership role at Deloitte Conduit Law LLP going forward.
At SkyLaw, we are on the leading edge of the disruptive changes happening in the legal profession.
