SkyLaw’s Client GGA Launches Human Capital Innovators Fund

Recently, Global Governance Advisors (GGA) announced the launch of its Human Capital Innovators Fund which will fund technology-oriented start-ups who are focusing on the development of human capital and corporate governance technology solutions.
SkyLaw LLP is thrilled to be assisting GGA on the legal aspects of creating and operating this fund.
The Globe and Mail’s Janet McFarland talked to GGA’s Managing Partner and head of Canadian operations Paul Gryglewicz about the fund and the opportunity it presents to start-ups to hit the ground running and take on the challenges of launching a successful start-up.
